RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
We, as a provider of professional recruitment service, clearly understand the points of view of both the employer as well as the employee. We maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive computerized database of available candidates. Through this and by widely advertising in most-read newspaper and through the network of our sub-agents, we are in a position to cater a wide range of manpower requirements. A list of categories is enclosed for your kind perusal. Interviews are conducted by professionals of different disciples. Trade tests, if required, are carried out at well recognized technical institutions. We ensure the suitability of our candidates by following means:
- Initial screening in accordance with client’s requirements.
- Professional evaluation through personal interviews conducted by professionals of related trade.
- Trade Test or interview, if required.
- Comprehensive medical check– up by qualified doctors of well recognized Hospitals.
- Briefing candidates of the work environment and rules, regulation and customs of the Republic of Maldives.
In order to provide a planned and efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following information:
- Category and required number of personnel
- Comprehensive job description
- Minimum Qualification and experience requirements
- Completed terms and condition of employment in line with stipulations of Ministry of Employment and Labor
- Expected date of arrival of candidates
Prior approval from your company is mandatory to carry out any overseas recruitment, for which following documents are required. Specimens of these can be provided on request.
- Recruitment service Agreement
- Supplementary Agreement ( Letter of Appointments )
All above documents must be in Client’s official letter-head bearing official seal and signed by an authorized officer of the client.
