SEEDLING Construction & Contracting Company Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated over Six Years ago, with a vision to achieve leadership in the field of civil construction, providing our best services to the satisfaction of all our clients. It was also the tenacity of a group of individuals inspired by expectation and professionalism that paved for this envious position.

SEEDLING Construction & Contracting Company Pvt Ltd did not come about suddenly. Firstly the works started from Welding. Doing mostly welding works done by Chairman Mr. Igmal Rashad himself was involved in the hard manual work. Hard work soon paid off as the company prospered.

Working very hard in 80’s & 90’s, continued growth has paved the way to expand the company in to  construction and contracting industry and registered a company name with Chairman’s family.

Under the management recognizes that progress is essential for future growth and success. Progressive thinking, planning, and programs in areas such as partnering, employee benefits, construction techniques, and emerging technologies is a way of life for SEEDLING. What worked yesterday must be replaced by something tomorrow. SEEDLING people are "designing and building success" by continuously improving its processes and an emphasis on progressive thinking and methods of performing construction.

Our company has completed building projects, which cover the full range of material and methods of construction from cast in place concrete and structural steel to precast concrete panels and wood frame structures. Our projects have included hotels, schools, canteens, stores, office buildings, residential buildings, resort rooms, swimming pools, etc.. Our reputation for quality and value is shown through customers who ask us to work with them on second and third projects.
